1. BOOKING POLICY
1.1 Booking Confirmation
  • Reservations are confirmed only upon:
  • Receipt of full payment (for prepaid rates), or
  • A valid credit card guarantee (for pay-at-hotel rates).
  • A confirmation email/Voucher will be sent to the provided email address.
  • Guest responsibility: Verify all booking details upon confirmation. Errors must be reported within 24 hours.
1.2 Age Requirement
  • Minimum age to book: 18 years old.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay.
1.3 Identification Requirement
  • Original government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in.
  • Same credit card used for booking must be presented.
  • Foreign guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
  • Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, FPX, online banking, e-wallets.
  • All transactions are in MYR. Foreign card fees may apply.
2.2 Deposit & Payment Policy
  • Prepaid: Full payment at booking (non-refundable).
  • Flexible: Credit card guarantee; pay on arrival.
  • Group bookings: 50% deposit; balance due 14 days before.
2.3 Security & Fraud Prevention
  • SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance enforced.
  • Credit card pre-authorisation may apply for incidentals.

3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
3.1 Flexible Rates
  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Late cancellation: 1-night charge + tax.
3.2 No-Show
  • Full stay charge; reservation auto-cancelled after 24h.
3.3 Non-Refundable Rates
  • No changes/refunds. 100% charged at booking.
3.4 Early Departure
  • No refunds for unused nights.

4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

5. ROOM OCCUPANCY & SPECIAL REQUESTS
  • Standard room: 2 adults + 1 children (<12 yrs)
  • Deluxe Room: 2 Adults + 2 children (<12 yrs)
  • Premier Room: 2 adults + 1 children (<12 yrs)
  • 2 Bedroom Suite: 4 adults.
  • Extra bed: RM60/night (subject to availability).
  • • Special requests are prioritized but not guaranteed.

6. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
  • Guests liable for damage/theft (e.g., RM500 for smoking).
  • Lost key card: RM50 fee.

7. NON - SMOKING POLICY
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all guest bedrooms. Any guest found to be smoking in a room will be subject to a penalty of RM500.00.

8. TOURISM TAX (TTX)
  • Pursuant with the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a charge of RM 10.00 per room per night Tourism Tax (TTX) will be levied on tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s). Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from the payment of TTX. TTX will be collected at check-in and is payable by cash or credit card. TTX is excluded from room rates.

9. GUEST CONDUCT
  • No illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violence.
  • Hotel reserves right to evict guests and involve police.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
  • Compliance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010.
  • Data used for bookings, compliance, and marketing (opt-in).

11. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
  • OTA bookings (e.g., Agoda): follow their terms.
  • Hotel not liable for third-party errors.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
  • No liability for disasters, pandemics, riots, or bans.
  • Refunds via voucher or partial refund (case-by-case).

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Use safe or front desk for valuables (free).
  • Hotel not liable for accidents or third-party services.

14. AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW
  • Terms may change; updates posted online.
  • Malaysian law applies. Jurisdiction: Seremban courts.
