  • SPM/SKM/Diploma In Hospitality
  • No experience / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures
  • Ensure mise-en-place is completed and stations are stocked
  • Familiar with food preparation methods
  • Up-sell items and promotions
  • Clean/reset tables, replace tablecloths, tidy chairs/sofas
  • Set up all items properly and ensure spotless silverware

Commi II

  • SKM/Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Support Chef or Commi I in daily operations
  • Follow menu specs by the Chef
  • Maintain hygienic kitchen standards
  • Control stock and food cost in section
  • Prep mise-en-place & assist in all kitchen sections
  • Follow superior instructions & improve techniques

Demi Chef

  • SKM/Diploma In Culinary Arts
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Support Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Maintain hygienic kitchen environment
  • Prepare mise-en-place and assist sections
  • Uphold quality standards and new techniques
  • Lead and instruct kitchen subordinates
  • Participate in buffet and event prep

Sales Executive

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • 1–2 years experience in Sales (Hotel preferred)
  • Know hotel rooms, banquet, and in-house services
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with clients
  • Join sales trips to secure bookings
  • Build & maintain client relationships
  • Promote hotel through community engagement
  • Support hotel PR and media exposure
